    re: why coal stocks are down The prices haven't been negotiated yet I don't think. CEY is just down because Xstrata accepted a lower price than was anticipated.
    I assume we will find out what the price will be in the near future.
    CEY has an annual general meeting on Tuesday and I think I will go along and see if I can find out something.
