On todays appointments.I know a fair bit about the orion turn around.Todays appointments are a positive for CDR.Orion is a business much smaller than commander.Orion had falling sales and profits but did not have a high debt gearing like CDR.This is the difference and the challenge.The challenge is also the size.Orion was smaller but probably easier to change.Overall a positive move forced by HHL however the road will be rocky.
