Apologies in advance to OutbackOracle...hope you don't blow a gasket reading this mate :))

tigernewt....nothing illogical about that "rant" as you perceive it IMO...

Here's a post from me from April 8 (sp 62) and IMO,NOTHING has changed....In fact it's much worse....

....."I've been critical of mgt in the past re the BMG situation and I am still.
IMO,NS is an admitted "team player" and did not take any initiative in trying to diffuse the BMG situation. Most of us found out via an internet forum for pete's sake!

NS is experienced in working for a large corporation but is a rookie at running his own show.IMO,He failed in his due diligence re Hillam and now CAP's sp is suffering as a result"
    ......

    And another.....

....."NS may not have been able to predict what Hillam would do,but the signs were there before CAP entered into agreement with BMG (read the transcript...section 22)

Like I said,IMO,NS does not have the experience of running his own company and shareholders are now suffering the consequences
    "......

IMO,of course NS/CAP can comment on the situation...better that than sticking your head in the sand and holders finding out via a chat forum on the internet...Although to be fair,Powell at least is only now realising it's effect.

And is it just me or wouldn't even the most ardent supporter of NS/CAP like to hear some sort of explanatory statement??

CAP ceased to be a hold for me when I became questionable of management and posted my feelings numerous times on the CAP threads...
I NEVER defend management (especially in the face of a declining share price) and a stock quickly changes from a hold to a trade in these market conditions.

I feel for holders sitting on losses,I really do,but the signs have been there since the beginning of the year.

A book which I highly recommend is "It's When You Sell That Counts" by Donald Cassidy

    Cheers
