As the matter has most definately resulted in SERIOUS damage to CAP's market capitalisation i most definately believe the matter should have been acknowledged by CAP!
Nick could have said "Our j/v partner is currently experiencing problems with their cornerstone investor involving XXXXXXXX. At the present time the matter is being heard by XXXXXXXX. We anticipate this matter may be resolved/not resolved in XXXXXXXX timeframe???? Perhaps most importantly.....THE COMPANY WILL MONITOR DEVELOPMENTS AND KEEP SHAREHOLDERS INFORMED.
Its a joke. At one stage i had close to $250k invested in this company and i found out about the j/v drama's on hotcopper.
