I?ve only just started researching CAP and from what from what I?ve read it seems CAP have made a good move IMO as they have gained cash for advancing their 100% owned projects eg Koonenberry which may become a substantial asset rather than just relying on Hawsons and Hughenden which are both JV?s. CAP still have interest in the Hughenden project with shares in GUF and potential to gain a cash flow in the future. IMO CAP is trying to increase its portfolio of good assets whilst the Hawsons saga, which is out of their hands is playing out. All seems logical to me.
