    It very well could be updated in the quarterly, but honestly If I was running (what used to be a 85 million dollar company just over 6 months ago) I would certainly ensure that communication with shareholders regarding a fundamental JV problem in by far the premiere asset of the company is a priority.

    Even the Hughenden communication hasn't been good on CAP's behalf (considering GUF has had their say with delays).

    Cap has all the assets to be a fantastic investment worth many multiples of the current price in the long-term, however it's really hard to see where this is heading without the proper communication from the board. I think it's pretty obvious why the market is reacting like this. I don't think it's manipulation at all, I think it's just holders not knowing where things are going (and selling out due to their risk appetite).

    IMO without any more bad news, I don't see CAP trading that much lower in the short-term (unless the markets explode, which is very unlikely), so if it were manipulation surely an offer would be on the tables now wouldn't it?
