The announcements don't say anything besides the fact that, they have lodged document with ASIC to get approval for the joint bid takeover and that on approval Robust board approves the bid price of 0.49c.

It is a little too quiet for my liking, ive been trying to get hold of David King or anyone on the robust board, they just don't seem to care. They are probably all working for self interest now to make sure they get the most out of their shares!!!
