    certainly would have been an interested party in the sense you mean and we may find out who if they are already a substantial holder. Unless they already have a strong position, the motive to acquire that sort of quantity at 40.5 cents must have been just to take a speculative position based on the fact no announcement had been made yet. That is presuming it was not an insider. However, I don't think anyone that is in the industry will be really surprised by what has happened and I think at a share price in the low 40 cent range it was a very good punt.


    It could be sooner than later to find out if another party like DHL/CWH (or a Coles, Woolworths, Ramsay Health) is going to make a competitive play. It will have been already important for any other possible suitor to establish significantly large holdings (among friends!). This would also limit the opportunity for other parties who may want to take potential "White Knight" positions to prevent an unwanted takeover.
