    Maybe of they sold after the halt but not really if they still hold... if someone sold 15k of shares the price would be back to 3.1c. Its all well and good the price being higher bit there is no support. Noone can actually cash out without causing it to crash. He may have made the price rise, but give him time and he'll cause it all to crash just as quickly
