When the takeover comes, it will likely be at a premium to the previous close...

The close was held down tonight, in spite of the large cross at $1.78...so onemight be forgiven for thinking the cross was the last part of a pre-emtive strike, with a final bid in the $2.10 range, or about 20% on the close?

What ever transpires, with AZA clearly an attractive target at so many levels and the likelihood more then a few are interested, chances are any offer will see the price rise higher in the interim in wait of a counter offer?
