Mentioning cobalt is isn't going to hurt the company's prospects. The aim of any small cap is to create excitement so SP appreciates, they raise at a higher price = less dilution for current shareholders. That's acting in my interests. Doesn't hurt to try IMO.
I'm more concerned with them not meeting their announced timeframes. I think John should focus more on setting realistic timeframes rather than the hyperbole.
