As usual nothing is certain when it comes to govts. I saw it on ABC TV. Google it and bound to find something. It's on hold rather than totally canned by Alan Jones remains vociferous in condeming it and not many govts willing to take him on. If stage 3 is banned it will be death knell of NHC within 5-6 yrs in my estimation.
