QLD has suspended the Newman govt go-ahead re stage 3 for NHC. Meanwhile cement production in China is falling rapidly as cement plants close. These use huge amounts of thermal coal and we now have over production. Can't see coal price improving anytime soon. Better value/more certainty elsewhere.
