I do agree this seems like the type of management that will take the bull by the horns.
As for aim to raise capital, with $2.1m in the bank, it's not a pressing issue, and if they did pull the trigger at even 8c for 20m shares, would leave still small 145m shares, 11m m/cap $3.6m cash......that's strong....anything higher, even stronger...you get my drift. Immense position they are in.
