FCL CEO has openly said in the market something to the effect that FEA will need to wait a little longer (with respect of a t/o), so i agree its a matter of when, not if. The AFR has quoted broking houses with a valuation of approx. 90cents on the stock. So i agree, i think the offer would need to be about $1.00 before the FEA Board endorse a takeover. Time will tell.
