If I had listened to this advice I would have soold Wattyl at $2.76 for a substantial loss. By not following the brokers advice I now have a substantial and growing profit.
Are you one of these gormless investors who can't make decisions for themselves. I've learnt through bitter experience over many years NOT to trust brokers advice. I suspect that brokers will usually favour their institutional clients. I suspect they dole out free advice to the public as if what they say is gospel then do the exact opposite of this advice for their large institutional clients.
Why repeat brokers recommendations as if they are gospel?
