This is significant news, and another reason why I'm persistently buying. Huayou are fast accelerating their dominance in raw material supply.
As someone mentioned yesterday on the other thread, there is a bit of quiet accumulation going on. Only a matter of time before the weak hands will get squeezed out and we'll trot towards 50c.
