I think that because the parent company holds majority of the shares the brokers are not buying in.......Hutchison always wanted to be a pure mobile supplier nothing else....when they merged with vodaphone things went wrong ...I believe that when they merged ,Hutchison vodafone dropped telstras lines and were no longer able to compete with the growing market. they dropped telstra too early before they properly merged the two identities thus causing vodafail..today Vodafone Australia have upgraded their lines and are in a good position to pick up more customers and able to keep them...they have also changed some marketing stratrgists within the company and as I read are picking up some new government contracts...hopfully as reading some news we will be taken over by possible tpg...it could happen yet tpg have recently merged the iinet company within there own and it would be stupid to bolt on another company [vodaphone]before they know that recently merged company is tied in and they know thatthey can accomadate another purchase, regarding dept...anyways I'm still in profit and would like to see my shares trading a bit higher than todays prices...
