    Wishful thinking without an accounting basis I think. I really hope I am wrong for your sake.

    The debt will be with VHA (50% owned by HTA) ... TPG2 will not have the debt. From current TPG holder's point of view, yes, the debt does not factor into it .... but someone has to pay it. The people owed the $4B+ aren't going to forget about it.
