ACCC will waive this through. TPG has ~1% of the mobile market. So the merger arguably reduces very little existing competition. It does however strengthen Merged Co's capacity as the third largest provider to provide cheaper and better quality offers to the market.
Same applies to the NBN/broadband market. Voda is a new player with ~1% market share only.
If there was a betting market on this getting approved by the regulators, I would be up to my neck in it.
