Horn has spiked on tsx around 11am canada time. At one point it was over 90% up. Currently trading at 52c up 55%.
No RNS from HRN and nothing from AOI.
UK bb rumours doing the rounds about bid for whole Puntland play by BP/Chevron/Marathon et al.
RMP up 15% on LSE close.
Maybe they are going back to Shabeel 1 or new JV on Nugaal after the new president was sworn in.
Totally crazy situation.
