.HPX is a private company, but has access to the public markets via its board membership and agreement where it can buy shares as it sees fit in AON...I have never seen a public company hijacked like this, totally unprecedented in my decades in the market.... The upside is that HPX actually finds something, in which case we do participate, but in the meantime we don't get the transparency that is at the core of public markets....totally unprecedented..off the charts, but we are witness to it.....

lets hope HPX finds something...but we won't know until the share price jumps to 1 dollar..this time HPX will be buying AON.......
