thats exactly why the share price is where it is of course, people won't get fooled by HPX twice, but we certainly copped it the first time.
As I say HPX has access to AON's share printing press, along with board representation, but without the need for any disclosure or accountability. I don't think this deal would hold up to any kind of modest scrutiny, we do need to be weary by the way if any shareholder action is taken.
