HPX. that's all you need to know.. They will shortly be printed approx $1.5 mill worth of stock at a price based on a periods vwap, diluting us into oblivion..

Management would be doing us all a favour if they would amend the terms of this deal, ie: making HPX hold that stake for 6 months +, or clarify to us when this stock will hit the market so we can position our portflios appropriately.

Remember HPX has board representation. So they are intimately linked. HPX has deep knowledge of AON's drilling program and results. So why don't we have the same insights on HPX (its not public I know but Sheniesian etc should build up some understanding).
