TAKEOVERS PANEL ISSUES ORDERS AGAINST CONDOR

The Australian reports that the Takeovers Panel has issued orders against “failing minerals exploration company Condor Blanco” after finding that Condor “had breached the corporations act by failing to properly disclose a string of share issues which “improperly diluted shareholders”.
