PS. I'm inclined to agree with smallbear on his voting recommendation, although I have not read the resolutions in detail yet. Definitely a no to the remuneration report and interest free loans.
Not sure if people realise they can probably vote online by logging into the registry website. I'll dig out details and post closer to the vote.
