To help people understand why it is so important to vote NO to resolutions 3, 4 and 5 all you need to see is how pathetic the hurdles are. They will get 100% of their free shares if GRB is trading at the following prices in each year:

2017: 3.3c
2018: 4.4c
2019: 5.7c
2020: 7.6c

So management are going to be gifted 15% of the company if they manage to get the share price back over 7c, ironically the price that it was trading in the weeks before this shambles. This is not good enough. Vote NO!
