Ok, I just spoke with the registry.  Voting online is open now if you want to get ready.  They said they sent an email with online voting instructions to all shareholders.  You need your SRN or HIN available from CHESS statements (I think).  

I will paste the login instructions from the email that went to all shareholders below:

Please follow the instructions below to vote online in relation to your holding:
STEP 1: Visit https://investor.automic.com.au/#/loginsah
STEP 2: Enter Gage Roads Brewing Co Limited or GRB
STEP 3: Enter your Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN)
STEP 4: Enter your Postcode (if within Australia) or Country of Residence (if outside Australia)
STEP 5: Click the “Access” Button
STEP 6: Click “View Meetings” to commence registration of votes
For your vote to count, please lodge your voting instructions no later than 11:30am (WST) on Wednesday, 28 September 2016. Voting instructions received after this time will be deemed invalid for the scheduled meeting.
