Well now --- after the CR by EDE and the test results announced and EDE's sp held back by the substantial reduction (profit taking) in the holdings of the 'sophisticated investor'; we have a reasonably stable EDE sp of about 0.24. At the same time TAS has been pretty stable around 0.17. That gives an EDE to TAS ratio of 1.4:1. Whereas the company tells us the ratio is 1: 1.4.
To simple me - If I had any EDE shares, I'd be swapping the whole value of my EDE holding into TAS at a cost of under $40.
