NSW Minister on National Television = No sort it out quietly at minimal expense to everyone.
They are then going to tell the market how they have in place excellect finiancing and their plan to turn the company around into profitability in the next two years.
What the market is going to love is how they are NOT going to issue "something for nothing options" to execs till this is done.
