Not a holder..... missed out on the much sought after IPO at the time.
My sole reason for wanting to be included in the IPO was the terms of the remuneration package for the Managing Director. He was to receive 10 million free shares if he was to get the share price up to 50 cents, and hold it there for 30 days ( something like that). I was given to understand he was a real promoter.... relying on hype rather than solid fundamental values.... so I,(like so many others), wanted a share of the spoils.
The Managing Director has decided to depart.... therein lies the clue as to this Company's future.
I missed out, fortunately, but I do commiserate with those of you with your capital locked in for so long.... and precious little hope of retreiving any meaningful percentage of your original outlay.
This was only ever going to be a stock for traders, more likely than not, ONE trade only.... "SELL when the stock reached 50 cents or thereabouts".
To existing holders I would strongly advise you to do what I did when I was sold short in another stock..... put it behind you.... move on.... try not to lose sleep.... try and recover the loss somewhere else.
Its not impossible.
I did just that when I got into PVM and recorded my biggest ever result in 47 years of stock market participation. It can happen.
Your alternative is to continue to lament your predicament, lose more sleep and struggle to regain much needed confidence in your ability to win out in the end.
ROS is completely dead in the water.... sorry to have to say... but that is the reality.
Very best of luck to you.
Bripoz.
