    So only fairgopat has replied and he can't attend the EGM. And nobody else is attendeing or wants to meet beforehand. In that case I don't think the resolutions will have any trouble passing!

    I take it Holy that the lack of a response from you indicates that you do not wish to confirm or deny your attendence. Fair enough but I hope that if you are there you will make yourself known.
