The SPP offer is for up to 25,000,00 shares at $0.10 to raise up to $2,500,000. With 2,982 shareholders, if each shareholder applies for $15,000, the total would be $44,730,000.
Given it's capped at $2,500,000, if we divide this by 2,982 shareholders, the likely scale back will be $838 worth of shares for each $15,000 application.
