Thanks Go Nuke..agree it was annoying that Dangote were granted a licence. Some insights into the Tanzanian Mining and Energy Department is that you need to use the licence or lose it. Watch this space....Dangote are not coal miners!! At some point IEC may provide contract miners to Dangote!! the Govt of Tanzania recognises IEC is now a significant Tanzanian employer and IEC recently has delivered and exceeded the Govt expectations on supply of coal for the domestic market.
