snowkat the major major part that im not ok with in the slightest is this part " As a means of
conserving the Company’s cash reserves, all the directors including myself, have agreed to waive our
right to cash remuneration"

how about owning up and accepting that you don't deserve it and know that many have suffered as a result of far fetched stpries, promises and guarantees that never eventuating- how about actually telling the market in a transparent way that the md and directors know they don't deserve such remuneration due to how the company and it shareprice has suffered immensely instead of hiding behind the excuse that it is for cash conservation- seriously guys, how long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
