Thor have 3 assets so directors renumeration should be linked and equate to 33.33% of salary per progress/asset.
Dundas - no progress = renumeration -33.33%
Springhill - no progress = renumeration -33.33%
Molyhil, 50% of 33.33% each for finance and product sale.
Finance - no progress = renumeration -16.66%
Product - 25-30% remains unsold = renumeration -4.16%
add those figures together, all renumeration should be reduced by 87.5%
therefore all directors recieve 12.5% of any agreed fee/salary.
