Share register is wide open , someone may be building a position now as its a possibility a T/O is coming sometime next year . You can have neg cash flow if you are reinvesting in the business as they are.
Expect some large contracts with several health providers in the US next year will boost unit sales considerably which is why they are expanding their manufacturing substantially at the moment.
