    two different beasts, including Rockwood

    EOC's Meteor Downs has a CAPEX of $42m because it is dig & ship

    but EOC's Rockwood, like CLR's Grosvenor West, will have a big CAPEX spend due to the need for wash plants

    i suspect the raw ash at Rockwood is pretty high (which is something EOC have not disclosed to date)

    the higher the ash, the higher the need for washing, thus the higher the CAPEX
