I guess they will be doing all of that soon, DDzx. When a company Director has an S249D biting at their heels, they will do everything to meet market expectations (when normally they "manage" market expectations and often do as they please). Big things on the horizon for EOC, I suspect.
I was interested to read in the Company Letter/response to the @249D, that none of the indicative non-binding offers came to fruition last time. It had been said that EOC rejected 60c, but that seems to not be the case. Now they have had further interest since Samuel left the scene. This further interest might have some legs. I know the company floated @ 60c, and as per your informative posts, I understand that some management options get in the money at 72c, but I would be surprised if a company trading at 24c would get an offer >60c these days- more than double the SP? They would be very lucky. It has happened, though,and it seems the darker the days for our ASX companies, the higher % the premium has been- well, at first, until they complicate things.
