I note that someone said it is Republic who is requisitioning the meeting. Republic is of course, an investment fund, not a hedge fund like Indus, although Indus is also under the wing of HSBC.
Republic is interesting: there seems to be some incestuous relationship between EOC, CLR, and Wavenet (WAL) with both Republic and Helmsec. WAL was happy to decimate CLR's share price. A lttle too conjoined for comfort, imo.
CLR's shareholdings are dominated by insto's and nominee accounts, making holdings look less than transparent, but they have liquidity; and EOC has more strategic investors, such as AMCI who would want off-take, but EOC seems to me like a coiled spring at the moment, with direction unknown.
