Nice work again Cadence. So here is a question for you and anyone else. Why did Bill pay $2.40. There is an easy answer but i want a psychological answer. If he wanted to hand over $10million he could have done the CR at $1.25 or $1.59 and just got more shares. So was Bill running the deal or were the BOD running the deal? With that kind of investment i find it difficult to believe Bill wasn't running the show. So why that price? I know people are goung to say they looked at numbers and agreed that this was fair deal for all, but really? There's got to be more to it.
