Not sure about a takeover, but technical indicators would show that there may be accumulation going on(albeit on low levels).
Accumulation looks to be occurring between 13-16cps. SP increases on higher volumes and does not drop that much on low volumes. This is indicative of existing shareholders not wishing to sell OIP at this stage and OIP trading for a while within this range.
