Canada-based algorithmic trader Michael Bailey was said on Monday to have launched a hostile C$238 million (US$241 million) bid for undersea explorer Nautilus Minerals Ltd, sending the shares up around 25 percent.
Nautilus Minerals has just found Gold under the seabed, out from the Islands of Tonga.
