Maybe 15 million of gross commission has walked out the door - these salespeople have huge personal following - new salespeople don't have the same goodwill and it might take 100 salespeople tryouts to get one average salesperson and maybe one in a thousand could become a Steven Chen or James Dack or Ben Collier .
It would be good to see the Master John Mc Grath to go in and head the sales team and build a bright future for Mc Grath Real Estate -
Whilst the brand has been severely tarnished it would be good to see Mc Grath sales business in ten years rather than the similarity of the Run Business
