Why not sell your SOL stake for $29.00 and use the proceeds to buy BKW at $17.20. That means for every 1 SOL share you have you can buy 1.68 SOL shares giving you effectively 1.15 SOL shares and the Building Materials and Property Development for free. That would be the smart move. I cannot work out why people would be willing to pay what they are for SOL when they can actually BUY SOL shares cheaper via BKW.
