I think there's a bit of false causality in effect here; the reason that SOL went up so significantly in recent months is overwhelmingly because some of its key investments, namely NHC and TPM, up went up spectacularly for their own unique reasons (which, in turn, technically dragged BKW up).
Presumably, these reasons could not have been been anticipated by the folk at Carnegie (or anyone else for that matter).
