It also stops someone else scooping them up at the bottom of the building cycle and also means they can maintain dividends at the bottom of that cycle because they have the SOL income (and the ever growing rental properties of course). How hard would it really be to do a heap of interviews on YouTube channels and investment sites explaining their business and the inherent value? Pretty cost effective way to access retail shareholders
