Now the Big Guy is very p*issed off and in this morning's West Australian is threatening to call an EGM to dump some on the board. Trouble is the those who should be dumped, if not subject to critical scruitiny for potential corporate, civil or serious breaches, would be most unlikely to be in the firing line. (maybe poster Denial might like to comment).

According to the West, "Fearless" Mal Randall says they want 20 cents. I wonder if the fact that this would give the directors a 5 cent kicker on the option issue due for approval at the AGM on 20 March 2007 has any bearing?

The trouble is with this board they keep shooting themselves in the foot. They keep asking for support yet they cannot even get the most basic things right. They have again failed to meet ASX deadlines with the Half yearly report not being lodged by yesterday. December quarterly was late, the 2007 annual report was late and subject to audit qualification and we still dont know where the missing $1m is.

They enter into secret loan facilities for $2m and do not tell anyone and they have continued with a board that should have been sorted out a long time ago.

Sorry guys you have been shafted and we all know where to point the bone.

Looks like Thursday's EGM could be yet another OLY blockbuster if the Big Guy rocks along. There have been two rip snorters in the past with a Director dummy spitting and slagging off at the temerity of shareholders exercising their rights ( Big Guy knows about that sort of thing ), disingenious incorrect answers given to shareholders questions and so it goes on.

Kiernan is right in that getting Patersons to find a white Knight is a waste of time as he has them over a barrell. Big Guy has 31%, they owe him heaps and the Good ship Olympia has rats aboard. This board has absolutely stuffed it and all this activity is face saving for some directors who should have given some very deep and critical though to strategy from day 1.

Big Guy has picked up an absolute bargain and there is nothing this hapless mob can do to stop it.
