Ill be honest, probibly not.... I think no win no pay rely on taking a big chunck when their sure they will get it. If everyone chips in 1k we might get class action and get alot more.

My mate thinks marginal. But hes a good lawyer thats why lol. Given thou he only had a breif look. Unfortunately lawyers are kinda fickle they will want some solid proof before they suggest touching it. I think their is a lot of test cases to show cause for auditior law suits. Centro being the big one.

Ive looked though other companies who have gone broke not one before have I seen soo many keen to sue. I think it a sure sign of how screwed we have been. I can honestly say I GOT SCREWED.

If I went back to their 1/2 yearly results in feb id still invest because I BELIEVED their reports and thing they had a good chance of survival
