I guess it depends on methodology

On a price to earnings basis = nothing

On a discounted cash flow basis = nothing

As a going concern = nothing

Value of the database to another company. Harder to determine. But you would imagine if it were a high quality database, with all the money sitting in the company we would have already had approaches.

So I would value the company at cash on books less whatever we burn whilst shutting down the operations.
